Text of Complaint by Heather Taylor:

I recently moved into my new apartment where I needed to pretty much buy everything from the ground up. I heard the best things about Amazon and what a reputable company they were. Unfortunately my experience was anything but good. I never in my life have been so disrespected and treated as if I’m a criminal for spending my own hard-earned money. It’s going on at 38 days since I purchased my last item on Amazon and never received. I have provided Amazon with bank statement after bank statement I even gave my bank permission to speak with Amazon directly to clear up this issue. The issue was Amazon wanted to prove that my bank account was actually mine. I went above and beyond to prove that my bank account is actually mine. When I call Amazon they take down my information and they send it off to their account specialist team. What the account specialist team really should be called is a joke. The account specialist team cannot be contacted any other way besides email. The specialist team have made it a joke my pain and suffering and going without in hardship from what they have caused by not giving me the items that I purchased. I cannot go anywhere else and buy things for my home because my money’s tied up with amazon. I have to sleep on the floor and sit on the floor because my couch and my mattress that I bought on Amazon won’t be shipped to my place because the account specialist team refused to unlock my account and refuse to do their job. I have never felt so degraded and like a second class citizen in my entire life. I cry every single day dealing with this b******* with Amazon. This company should be shut down and the people that work there be charged with crimes for stealing and causing mental anguish on customers. I don’t have a lot of money so $1,500 is a lot of money to me and I don’t have any extra money to go by my stuff elsewhere. I now have to go to legal route and hire an attorney just to get my $1,500 back. Well I will let Amazon know right now I’m not just going after my $1,500 anymore they are going to be paying me every single minute of the day that I had to go without and that I had to encounter hardship because of their unprofessional and illiterate staff.
