Amazon returned me wrong product, and now denying my case

I am writing this complaint regarding the below ID. Please give me some time & read my full pain.
SAFE-T Claim ID — 46137-00348-5164306
Order ID — 171-0715089-2589938

I have already requested 3 times, but denying all time from Amazon Seller end, also discuss with customer care and written email but none is responding. At least if any seller approaches Amazon Seller so many times, it means that he is very genuine and didn’t expect this from the Amazon brand.
I just want to back my original product or my small cost price of that product, and I also agree if Amazon or anyone can cross verify and double check my case at his end. I am damn sure if I get the different product in return, then it must be swapped from some other seller.
I am sharing the pictures again, you can check and verify. I guess Amazon must get the Safe-T claim from other seller, which shows my this product.

I have made a video with your delivery guy, he very well knows that he is returning me a different product.

So, this is my humble request please please complaint my case against Amazon.in. I am even ready to return the product which I wrongly received from some other Amazon seller’s return package.
