I purchased a laptop from Amazon online shopping. But the product what I received one is wrong and not like original and I returned the product on 13.11.2022 the Amazon agent was called the i gave the product to the Amazon agent but till the day it didn’t received the wharehouse in my Amazon account there is no update about my return pickup. Then I called Amazon customer care on 14.11.2022 and make it an a compliant till this day there is no update about the complaint they told me the item is not picked up from me . It’s a huge amount 20000 rs. They are not taking this complaint seriously.
