On April 2023 I bought the some of the goods from Amazon but due to the quality issue I asked return for 2 order and for which return date as scheduled for 11th and 12th April. On 11th April delivery guy came to pick 1st order and asked to handover 2nd order as well as he said anyways I need to come back on 12th for same so we can save the time. After few days I got the refund for the 1st order but for 2nd order the return status was updated with “return cancelled by customer” so I contacted with customer support team and they directly said if the item not reached to warehouse it’s not out problem and they are not ready to give contact information of the delivery agent.
Seems like a scam form the delivery agent and Amazon supporting them.
