I ordered replacement for item because it was defective. The replacement got delivered on 15/04/2024. Even the replacement turned out to be defective and not heating up the wax even for hours.
Ordered return of the product on 15/04/2024 itself and return was picked up by new delivery partner on 17/04/2024.
After this the status was updated twice by fraud delivery guy which said return pickup rescheduled and another one said pickup verification failed. I called customer care regarding this issue that my product was in good condition as said by delivery partner and was picked up. Amazon said we will raise a complaint and you will get update in 72 hours. Then we will issue refund. No update came and i again called them on 22/04/2024 and they said we have processed your refund and i got email of refund processed. But today is 30/04/2024 and i didn’t receive refund as claimed by them. I again called them today and they said you won’t get another email but i processed your refund. I again called them and they said it was by mistake and we didn’t process any of your refund yet because no investigation is being done and we will call you surely after 72 hours. Again same process is started. I mailed jeff bezos and amit@amazon.com but no response. I also have recordings of all my calls with them.Please never buy from this again and please resolve my issue.
