Text of Complaint by Aashika Agarwal:

AMAZON has locked my account without giving any information as soon as I placed my order.
I had subscribed for PRIME MEMBERSHIP for which I paid and after this when I placed my order for a product then it took my order and even amount got debited from my bank account but after approx 20-25 min they closed my account without any intimation. Till now I have not received the product that I ordered nor I have got the refund in my Account.
I tried to connect with the customer service department but every time I am getting the same feedback saying ” the concerned team will call you in 24 Hours” but till date I have not received any calls nor any solution.

I request for quick resolution on the same.
