Text of Complaint by Arindam Chaudhuri:

I have received the damaged product for the order# 171-4686087-5782738. After several follow-up, Amazon has refused to replace or refund the item.

I have been waiting for more than 7 days to resolve this issue and I am contacting amazon customer care everyday regarding this matter. Either they have to complete the pick up or they have to issue my refund, nothing has happened so far.
