I have returned a product to the amazon pickup agent on 14 th of feb but i have not received any conformation regarding the pickup of the product till the next morning then i call the customer care regarding the issue and they told that it will come to use within 8-10 working days. And asked me to keep patience .
Now more than a month passed now they are saying your product pickup has been cancelled
and they are refusing me for the refund. i am having a clear cctv footage of the delivery agent receiving the pickup . then also they are refusing me for the refund.
