I have order Samsung A52 mobile which was defective item as it is getting switched on after 2 days of usage. I have raised request to return the item and requested for refund. But Amazon keep on rejecting my request for pickup and mentioning it as “Refused by customer to return” as I have not received any call from Amazon. I have raised this issue to Amazon customer care multiple times, but there is no proper. As this mobile cost is 24000 /- ,
I need urgent support to resolve this issue , as Amazon cheating customer
