Sir , I ordered a SanDisk 128gb pandrive with Amazon. I got a old pandrive and not working properly .
I go for replacement . But delivery boy refuse to take the item . Then I call Amazon help desk . They suggest me to return the item , after that they will issue refund amount. But after return the item they refused to intiate my refund amount.
Please take proper action ?
