Text of Complaint by Satyansh Sinha:

Amazon customer service is Absolutely Garbage! A robot and not ready to listen to customers and just keeps repeating the same line without understanding what the customer is saying.

My issue is, I had asked for the refund on my Amazon Pay & they “confirmed” it, that yes I will get it on my Amazon Pay Wallet. But now they’re saying it’s been refunded to some bank I don’t have nor did it ever exist.
Firstly, When I had specified Amazon pay, why has it been refunded to (not my)bank account? & Secondly, Which Bank account? What Bank account?

The main issue here is, when I specified Amazon Pay Wallet & Amazon Confirmed that I will recieve the refund on Amazon Pay Wallet, why have I not received it there? They’re saying it’s refunded to a bank account. Why? Which Bank account? When I said amazon pay wallet and they confirmed it why has it not been refunded there? And what bank account? They said CBI Bank account, there is no bank account under my name in CBI, or even in my family. How is that possible? Also When they confirmed Amazon Pay Wallet, why has it not been credited there?
Say, HYPOTHETICALLY, Even if I do have whatever bank account they’re mentioning, but somehow I don’t have access to it or just simply don’t want the refund to be credited there, and so I specified Amazon pay wallet and they confirmed it, then how is it my fault? Why is it not there fault? All they said is Sorry!! What will I do with a sorry!? It’s there mistake and all they say is Sorry? My 1600!!? Gone? Because of there mistake? And I get a sorry!!!!? From a MNC company of which I am a prime member and that is how they repay there customers? “It was a mistake from our end, we’re Sorry” and hung up the call saying, “This conversation won’t go anywhere”
