Hello Sir,
I placed a Prepaid order on Amazon on 23 Sept 2020, and returned the same on 28th Sep 2020,due to defective product. The product is already picked up but the refund not received til date.
I called Amazon CC a number of times and every time they demanding 24 to 48 hrs for the refund issue. Yesterday also an executive said me that the refund will be issued within 2 hours but still I haven’t received.
So i request you to kindly get into the matter and help me to get my refund of 1699/-
I will be very thankful to you.
