One of my order is cancelled by Amazon on 05.05.20. Order No:406-4327728-2657920 and said we have refunded to your Central bank with the amount Rs 1847.35/- with Amazon Refund Reference # 7BE7KJDY0000K78JG9Y3. I called Central Bank several times to the Customer service Dept- but no body is taking call! I made Online complaint to Central bank- but they have not done anything so far. Today when I talked with Regional Office in pune central Bank- one of the lady told me that they have 600 complaints for non refund by Amazon like this!!
Please look into matter and is Amazon is Holding Money by giving False Nos? or is banks are delaying refund transactions because of lack of manpower?
