Dear sir,
I ordered 4 items(rs 299+129+282+299=rs 1009) on march 20 in amazon. Due Covid and lockdown, I cancelled all these 4 items and I got refund of 3 of them 27 March(rs 710). Refund not done for Vanalaya Almond moisturizer(rs 299/-). I contacted the customer service people, they told me that due to technical issue it’s getting delayed and they confirmed me that the refund initiated and will be credited on 3-5 days. I believed this people and ordered theIthe samewsame product again. ItstiIt’s delivered on 14 may. Then again i contact the customer service people and they told me that they have initiated the refund and bank blocking the process and gave the some reference number. I checked with bank about that reference number and found that it was the reference number of 3 items already refunded. Yesterday this product delivered to my office address, I didnt see the delivery boy and not even contacted me, gave to my colleague. Otherwise I can reject the product there itself. Today I again contacted the customer service people, they told me that I item delivered and cannot refunded. Now I have the two bottles of same product. If they can told me to wait, I willnot order it second time. I would like to cancel one of the order and want my refund. Don’t tell lie to any customer.i waited for more than 1 month. Please do the needful.
