I ordered boat watch from amazon it was delivered but it was not working properly so I requested for return which was picked up on 22nd February but they didn’t issue the refund neither it was showing on their website under orders it was just saying that return has picked u but amount will be refunded once it reach us. After many calls and followup they sent me an email that I have sent incorrect product but I have given correct product and representative has checked it properly
