Amazon – The Fraud e-commerece ?

Amazon is not refunding my money after the wrong product delivered. I had ordered(on 5th March) the pair of Skechers sport shoes of amounting Rs7999.

The package was delivered to my house on 7th march 2020 and I wasn’t available at home that time and my wife recived the package. When I reached home and opened the package it wasn’t the Skechers shoes.

Instead, it was some local and cheap shoes and the company name printed on them is adibok.

I report this matter to Amazon via call and they just said that seller send the original pair of shoes and didn’t bother to give a satisfying respose or to tell any wayout and I also mentioned them that I will go to consumer court, but they where least interested to listen.

This is how the Amazon India is handling their such a big market of e-consumers
