Text of Complaint by Hadiya Haroon:

I had ordered LG refrigerator on 10th May 2023
The order was prepaid
It had to be delivered on 12th May 2023
The delivery person comes and says your order is COD
Make the payment for it or else I am taking it back
I told him that it was pre-paid and I got 10% discount also bcz of paying online
I also showed him the payment screenshots he said it doesn’t show in his phone.
So he took the parcel back
I called customer care they said
It was due to some technical issue and your order would be delivered by night
When I called the customer care at night they said
Your order has been returned and you didn’t make any call to us earlier
We don’t have any in our records.
I called them daily regarding my refund
And everytime every customer care executive said a different thing
Neither my parcel got delivered nor I have got my refund yet it has been 16 days today
Poorest of poor customer and delivery service
If there was some technical issue with them why do I have to suffer like this
First they didn’t deliver the product
2nd they haven’t refunded my money yet .
They think others as fools
They don’t understand the plite of their customers
Very poor service
Very disappointed
