Dear Officer,
This is regarding my experience with amazon which I would like to escalate to the furthest.
So I purchased a product from amazon on 7th August 2020 ORDER # 407-3134404-9690704, the product was delivered to me on 11th August, somehow I realised that the product is defective and then called the customer care team for help to replace the watch.
The customer care agent created two requests of replacement( which i was unaware of ), One was a pick up and later delivery of a new product and the other was hand to hand replacement of the product.
The agent from Amazon contacted me and I handed over the product to the agent , later when I received the exchanged product(ORDER # 408-5105929-8440339), the agent was asking for the old/exchanged product( which was handed over to amazon pick up already a couple of days back ). He did not deliver the product to me.
Later on my conversation with customer care , they admitted their mistake and are requesting me to accept the refund.
I am not willing to accept the refund instead I want the replacement back as the price of the product has now increased then at what purchased.
I would like amazon to compensate me on this, could kindly help me further
I am happy to escalate it legally in the consumer forum and the customer rights center.
