I had placed an order on 13th Feb 2021 on amazon but the product was delayed so I had to cancel the product. Since it was prepaid I haven’t got my refund till now. I had contacted customer care more than 7 times every time I contact they register a new complaint. And initiate refund saying it will reflect in your account within next 5-6 days this way it has been more than a month. Are customers a joke?
