Got defective mobile from Amazon. Waiting for replacement from May 13th. Customer care dint help. Ticket initiated for refund and a courier set up was done from Amazon end. Guy dint pick mobile cuz of imei mismatch which I’m not responsible. Later they asked to wait till 18th. Then again asked to wait till 31stMay. Now it again postponed to 7th June. For a single product really don’t know how many follow-ups I should make. It’s really frustrating.
