I HAVE PURCHASE
Tefal Pro Style 1800-Watt Garment Steamer (Black)
FROM AMAZON INDIA ON DATE: 15/08/2020 WITH ORDER NUMBER: 408-9182004-9817908, INVOICE NO: IN-QSEZ-2475
I have rarely used this steam iron for household uses.
The Steamer Iron has stopped working since last one year and we have made a complaint regarding the same product to the Tefal customer care and Service men from Tefal have picked up the product from our house and since then we haven’t received it back. they mentioned that we don’t find the spares for the same product so your product is non usable and we can’t do anything about it. The customer service for the Tefal call are not responding regarding this issue.
I am shocked by the service of Tefal, SEB and Amazon.
My product is not with me because it was taken by Tefal Service men and has been for MORE THEN 8 MONTHS and still yet not returned to us…
If a request for Purchase Bill & Pictures of Product can be provided.
I AM REGULAR USERS OF TEFAL PRODUCTS BUT FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN SUCH COMPLAIN LIKE THIS IN THE TEFAL PRODUCTS.
PLEASE ADVISE ME THE NEXT STEP OR ACTION REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
