I ordered a phone from Amazon app. Order came in my area , without calling to me delivery agent marked unable to reach customer. then they rescheduled the delivery next day and now they marked package as damaged.
This same thing happened with me twice in single week.
Now I am asking amazon for refunding my loss and they are saying amazon could not do anything to this.
