I ordered Redmi Note 10 Pro from Amazon on 07th Aug’22. It had issues with frequent disconnection and I requested to return the item. A technical engineer visited my place to review the issue and he identified that its a hardware issue and approved the return. Phone was picked up from my house on 19th Aug’22 at 6:17pm by Amazon. The same day I called Amazon customer service center and was notified that the refund would take 10 business days. I called Amazon again on 30th Aug’22 as a follow-up to take an update on refund. I was notified that Amazon received an incorrect product. I was shocked to hear that from Amazon customer representative. Amazon picked the phone and while picking the phone they verified the product and later if they receive the wrong item, is customer held accountable for it? No. Amazon is not ready to refund my money. Please help.
