Text of Complaint by Pradeep Ashok Raskar:

As headline, I ordered smartwatch from Amazon app which is Fire-Boltt Ninja Call Pro Dual Chip Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch.on 8th sep 2022, after receiving the product I used it for 1 day and apply return/refund on it on 18th sep,, their courier arriving on 18th sep and they check the product and bill and they collect the product which is correct,, after 4 days I call Amazon customer service for my refund they said you will have to wait for 3 days after that we will give you update ,so I return call on 24th sep their specialization team said we received wrong product and we raise investigation for it,after 3 days we update you,and Today 29th sep, 11 days after returning the product they said sorry we cant refund or replace the product,so what I do?? Their courier partner pickup boy checked the product and details on bill ,so how I return different product ,,I want my refund
