Text of Complaint by Haari Kiran k:

I purchased mobile on amazon on march 5. Due to some malfunction with the product i put a return of that product and it has been picked up by the E-comm expres on march 17. After picked up also i did not received any message that the item was picked up.
I informed amazon that order picked up but i did not get any picked up message , they informed that it may delay and many facing issue with e-comm express. And after following up for one and a half month now from amazon they saying order not picked up so money will not be refunded. They are cheating on behalf of customer.
