Text of Complaint by Lakshman:

I prefer whirlpool washing machine and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd june. On 2nd June I called Amazon customer service to track and help me with the delivery timelines.

I still didn’t received any call from the delivery team. I know there is a covid19 pandamic all over, all I expected was a call, since I made the payment from my bajaj EMI card and the 1st installment is due on 5th June, and now I don’t have the product
