I had ordered two product from amazon, one is vivo mobile and other one is american tourist suitcase, which has to come to me on 4th of september but due to wrong otp verification the product automatically rescheduled on 5 th September, but the delivery agent declined to give my order as give excuse that amazon cancelled my order, and not delivered my parcel, I had talked to amazon thrice but i didn’t got any resolution till time
