I order From amazon a borosilicate insulated mug and a box of ferrero rochers chocolate on 20/12/2022 via order id 406-0890504-0885143 and 406-9202020-7957168. The chocolate box was worth 495 rs and the borosil mug was for 779 rs. Both the items were requested to be delivered ro an alternate address in lieu to the ongoing secret santa activity in my office. Since covid we are working virtually and did nit get a chance to check with mohit tomar who was the recepient for the above said two items. I met mohit tomar yesterday and i came to know that only the chocolate box was delivered and not the borosil insulated mug. I hot a confirmation on my phone that both the items have been successfully delivered. Considering that there were no issues related to alternate address delivery in tha past, the items must have got delivered successfully, i didnt call to check with the recepient of the orders. I today calked the amazon cuatomer service asking for the proof of delivery, they failed to do so. When i asked them to file a complaint as a fraud has been done with me, the customer service representative denied saying they dont have any procedure to file complaint. I request your intervention aa has got no positive response from Amazon. Its not a matter of money. But i wanted assurance that my future orders will be delivered without any issue as such.
