Text of Complaint by Keerthi:

I have ordered ryon laptoptable on 6th Feb 2023 and I Saw status on 10th February 2023 that product has been delivered when I checked I haven’t received any product and also I didn’t receive any call from the delivery person. When I go to the customer care they said that wait me for a couple of days I have waited but still I didn’t receive the product finally they said they have the only option where they can refund the amount as status (delivered)wrongly updated from the seller. So then I accepted for the refund again I have ordered the laptop table on 17th of February 2023 I got the status on 18th of February 2023 that product has been dispatched and the product will be delivered on the same day but I haven’t received the product and today date is 24th February 2023 when I call to the customer care they told is that the product can be delivered as there is issue with the seller and they only can refund the amount. It shows clearly Amazon is cheating on a people.. please invest gate and check and do the needful.
