Text of Complaint by Ashish vashisht:

Hi I had ordered a Solimo Amazon wardrobe from Amazon.in which was delivered on 21st october 2022. It was supposed to be installed by their technicians free of cost. I had multiple follow ups but no technician showed up and i was given an alternative to get it installed by local technician and reimburse the full amount. Later at the time of reimbursement, their representative declined to reimburze the full amount and told that only 10% of the product cost can be reimbursed which was not shared earlier when they provided that option. I am attaching the email that was sent initially when they confirmed that the charged amount will be reimbursed.
