I have raised the return request on March 20. On March 22 product is picked up by Amazon Executive still he is not submitted to Amazon seller/Warehouse. When i asked customer care where the seller’s location is they told me it is Bangalore. Both source and destination are in Bangalore. Till now product showing In Transit. from March 22. When i ask for money, they say we cannot refund. I am expecting the item to be lost by Amazon Delivery executive or he may theft it. Everyday showing same status in Amazon app it is not updating and no return date mentioned when it reaches to seller.
