I had ordered a BigKart Multipurpose Foldable Shoe Rack Cabinet Organiser 4 Shelves, Black (Iron and Plastic) on 20 Aug after I got the product but the product was not as expected so I request for return and refund but the order still not pick up I raised a complaint 5-6 times but every time they raised a new request and at the time of pickup date they will cancel the order pick. please take serious action on it.
