My name is Shubham Jain and I got the message from bank that “rs 999 is debited in my account for Amazon sta.”
I called to Amazon and provided all the required documents and they said it will take 24-48 hours for resolution .
After 48 hours I called and ask the resolution they said it’s in still pending stage but after few minutes they said to me that your mount is debited for your other account and I have only one account so I asked the other account details but they said we are not able to told you that and I said this is my bank account and you are not provided me information.
I checked on Google that so many people already submitted the same complaint against Amazon.
And I called to icici and they said you have to block your account and replace with the new account and charges would be for new account is 599 + get .
So my concern is that is not my fault but why I have to pay for new card amount or the charges.
As that is happen because of Amazon security or icici security I don’t know because that amount is deducted without receiving me any OTP for this transaction.
