I renewed my amazon prime account 0n 17 aug. 2020 and paid Rs.999/ for a year but due to unsatisfied service regarding the products, i enquired at customer care and asked them if i cancel my membership then what about membership fees, they told me that we will pay you full membership fee so i asked them to cancel it and after cancellation there was a mail that your refund is processing but till now i have not received it and when i asked them they are saying we cant pay it back its not in our clause and every time some different answer is there
