I had called on 31st to cancel the annual subscription of Amazon Prime on my account, as *I don’t want to pay* for the same but I have been charged!!
Please cancle the paid subscription and confirm.
I have already unsubscribed through Airtel Thanks App.
I have already written multiple times but there is NO PROPER response!! COMPLAINT NUMBER – 31-3459946905158
My Amazon Prime membership (part of Airtel Thanks) was to expire on3rd November but I have been charged on1st November itself.
I have written and called multiple times that I do not wish to continue with the membership but I keep getting cut, copy, paste answers.
I am attaching the SMS screenshot which says that my account has been charged, I am also attaching the screenshot of the Airtel Thank App which clearly shows that I have unsubscribed but the membership is still showing activated.
even the appellate authority is sending me a cut copy paste reply!!!
I have already unsubscribed the membership, and as discussed you will not charge me the amount of 999+.
Please see the attached mails I have been sending you!!!!
Instead of replying properly you have shamelessly sent me a cut copy mail that you sent on 2nd November.
