Greetings! While placing an order online and making payment, I was asked to subscribe to Amazon prime for faster delivery. I had my air ticket booked on 27th July and fir one of selected product it was showing delivery on the same date.So, I felt tempted not to lose the opportunity before I run for boarding a flight. But to our utter surprise, the earlier said date didn’t get charged even on subscribing Amazon prime which, will of course put me in trouble and later on force me to cancel it. Secondly, I didn’t receive any call from Amazon delivery throughout the evening,but got an SMS saying that couldn’t contact you. And will continue to re attempt it. In the late evening around 8 pm received a call from them and got a commitment that will reach out to me within half an hour but didn’t turn up till 11;30 pm. Assuming loss of packet,I called him up and takes about order delivery commitment which he did with me. Soon after hearing my statement,he disconnected the call and after that I couldn’t reach to him due to setting done in the mobile. Kindly, look into this fraudulent activity and behaviour issue obsered by delivery person. My registered email Id is : [email protected].
