I placed an order for a smartphone on Amazon on Tuesday with a promised one-day Prime delivery. The order was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. I remained available at my delivery address throughout the day, but the delivery was unexpectedly cancelled.
I did not receive any proper communication regarding the cancellation. Since then, I have contacted Amazon customer support multiple times. Every support representative assured me that the order would be delivered the same day or the next day. Based on these assurances, I adjusted my schedule and stayed available to receive the package.
Despite repeated promises, the order was never delivered and was not even marked as out for delivery. Different representatives provided conflicting information, causing unnecessary confusion, frustration, and mental stress.
