Order id: 402-8601395-8339543- In this order, without delivering the product, notification popped up. I was surprised to see it was delivered.I called the delivery boy multiple times.
Everytime the call was rejected.
I contacted customer service, they assured me of delivery by 17th
August,2020. But, nothing happened .
Again, in the mail , they had
assured, if the product is undelivered by 17th instant, they will refund or replace. When I asked for
replacement, after 4days, they told that they will not refund / replace.
