I had ordered a wall clock name “SunValley 24 inch metal clock” worth Rs. 3895 on 21st February, 2023 to be delivered on 25th February with order id #403-8275617-6490737. It was a prepaid order. Along with this clock, was another wall clock and both were supposed to be delivered together. But at the time of delivery only one was delivered yet the status was marked delivered for both. I immediately contacted customer care and they assured me that the other one, here in question, is on the way and will be delivered soon. But it was didnt delivered and after a month of conversation with customer support they raised an internal investigation which came to the conclusion that its delivered where in truth, its not. The investigation team never called me to inquire about question even when I shared the recording of the delivery agent who said he delivered only 1 clock. I have repeatedly contacted customer support after that but of no avail.
