I HAVE ORDERED TWO AMAZON FIRESTICK WHICH WAS NOT WORKING THEN I OPTED FRO REPLACEMENT . DUE TTO INAVAILABILITY THEY ROUTE MY REPLACEMENT TO RETURN AND AGENT PICK THE PRODUCT ITS BEING 10 DAYS AND I CALED 50 TIMES TO CALL CENTRE AND MARK MAIL TO CEO STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE
