Amazon people gave me refund reference number. The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is 104114019491 but bank told this is not valid so Amazon clearly said they can’t do anything so sir who help me this amount not small for me but company trying to ignore me nit helping me

Amazon people gave me refund reference number. The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is 104114019491 but bank told this is not valid so Amazon clearly said they can’t do anything so sir who help me this amount not small for me but company trying to ignore me nit helping me.
