hello amazon account specialist team,
I am Dr.Himanshu verma,
my account on number 9992682024 has been blocked just soon after ordering an item. just after successfull payment i got signed out from my account and no mail message has been received by me regarding order confirmation or order failure.Rs.649.00 amount has been deducted from my bank account while placing order for which i didn’t received any mail or message.
no mail id was linked to my number.i used to sign in directly from my mobile number which is 9992682024.
since my account has been freezed so i can not login to get check my order status. so my payment has been stuck in between and i need a solution for this problem.so kindly either cancel my order and refund my amount back to original source from your end. or unhold my account so that i can have access to my order info.
on requesting from custorme care i got to know about my order id which is id 407-5402094-3472322.
the product name was pooplu graphic men’s tshirt.
kindly look into concern matter carefully .and have some fruitful conclusion.
