Hi Team,
I order mop from amazon but it never got delivered so when contacted amazon chat, their supervisor named Sathyamoorthi asked me to place a new order and promised me that i will get the difference amount as amazon pay so i did as told. Even after delivering the order when i did not receive th e difference amount again i contacted amazon chat and that time another supervisor named Verini told me it will be credited within 2-24 hours but its been more than a week now still its not yet credited.
i’m tired of contacting them again and again so i would appreciate if someone from your end help me.
