Respected Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased one product via Amazon india portal with the order id 406-2686282-4260336 for the value of Rs.499/- and i received this product due to quality issues i returned that product on dated 08.03.2022 this particular value Rs.499/- was credited to my Amazon pay balance Wallet. Today i thought of purchasing some items and i thought of utilizing this particular Rs.499/- but i shocked when i saw my balance it was Zero. There after i contacted Amazon customer care executive they said withing one year you didn’t utilize that money so that money got expired saying so it will not refunded again.
Sir my humble request thats not a gift voucher received from any one. i paid cash while purchasing this product and after return it should come to my account. But they diverted to Amazon pay balance money and it converted gift voucher. how this amazon people convert my money to gift vocher without asking me ? before expiring the vocher they didin’t give any prior intimation about expiry.
I request you people take action on online complaint like this how many Indian citizens loosing money because of this Amazon company.
Please take action and make them to return my money.
