my Amazon pay balance has been blocked from using.
I contacted the customer care and they said to order something and while delivering, ask the delivery guy to do a verification.
I asked the delivery agent for a verification but he said that in our location the kyc verification has been stopped and he don’t have any option to do that.
Please help me on this issue. The amount is struck and I can’t use it anymore.
