I have order one + mobile from Amazon 2 time. At first they himself to deliver the product so told to Cancle order and place order again
Again we place order by doing payment online. But when delivery boy come he didn’t hand over mobile as exchange verification not done at their end due to technical problem. Place complain at there customer support but they are also pathetic. I ask for my money back the explain me about refund policy. Their policy work only for them not to help us. Till time they didn’t deliver mobile nor commit to refund money immediately if cancle order.
