On 7th July I had pre-booked a samsung m34 phone with payable of 1000 rupees and with prebooking I got the 25 watt samsung charger free of cost the phone price was rupees 18999
After this I ordered the phone on 15th July 2023 and used my credit card for payment, which I got discount of 2750 rupess with no cost emi of 6 months.
Plus I had ordered addidas shoes in sales, which I got in 1000 rupees in sale at amazon.
Now after ordering the phone, it was scheduled to deliver on 25th July 2023, after some days of ordering I got a message for my products (3 packages) that they will be not delivered (not given any reason), same time had call the customer care they told me it will be delivered on 25 to 29 th July.
Than the delivery day Come, they share me OTP but product not delivered, three days gone different OTP given but again product not delivered. In between I had called them many times they told me it will be delivered till 30th July and I had also told them many times, please reorder the same if not deliverable kindly do not cancel or refund the product as I had paid my first emi of rupees 2750 already for the phone.
Now comes today as on 30th july, I got message of refund had initiated for all three products and order has been cancelled . I was completely helpless and devastated after seeing the status as I had already informed them many times through calling on customer service to do not cancel the order.
Now I had been calling since morning, one senior person named taranjeet or karanjeet had told me that I will get the products in same price but unfortunately call disconnected from there end. Than I had called them many times, first they disconnected call and than again a senior lady told they cannot do anything instead of telling her to transfer the call to her manager again and again, than she arrange my call for recalling which I don’t know if they will call again.
My complaint is against this scam amazon had been doing to cancel the people s order where they purchase products on discounted price and after waiting for 15 days they cancel the order and than asked for reorder to customer so they have to pay the extra amount for same product they had purchased on sale in discounted price.
I just want my order to get ordered in same price which I ordered in sale day.
