My name is vinay i ordered one plus budz on the 5th of this month and i received empty product and from 15 days the customer care people are playing games and telling different stories all the time i talk with them and they are telling we cannot refund the money and 3000rs is not a small amount . What kind off service is this and what a nonsense customer service is amazon they are simply cheating indians
