As i have taken a prime membership with rs 1400 and I have ordered one smart watch on 15th July and it is showing excepted delivery on 17th but that day no one will come for delivery and I am not getting any call and they are updating it delivery is failed and second day I have requested Amazon to deliver it today so same thing happen again my order is not delivered and updating it delivery attempted failed no will come for delivery and not getting any call so next day I am again complaint to Amazon my ordered is not delivered this thing happen to me they assure me it will delivered today day end befor 9 so I call delivery boy he is saying he will deliver it to me at 11pm in nyt in my office again I have complaint to Amazon customer care then they assure me it will deliver at 9 and my office closing timing 6:30pm apart from this i am waiting for delivery 3hr for delivery of my watch outside the office . At 9pm no one has come for delivery and not getting any call after that I am again call to Amazon customer care saying that still it is not delivered they are providing me delivery boy no. To pickup my order he is not responding my call and after 9:30 Amazon is updating delivery attempted failed and again I am calling to customer care they assure me. To deliver it tomorrow any how I am ok with that after 10pm they are cancel my order without my permission giving reason my order is damage so they open my order and checking the box and confirming that it’s damage the Amazon did not have any proof of damage they are wasting my last 5 days and cancel my order. After cancel my order they are saying amount will refund in 10 days.
