Hello,

This is regarding my order # 171-9351291-5053134 with Amazon India. I had ordered 5 sets of blankets with 1 set having 4 blankets. Total blanket pieces ordered 20.

On 16 Jan, I received only 1 piece and status on Amazon app was marked as order delivered. Since 16 Jan, I have reached Amazon multiple times for remaining 19 pieces but no support.

I need my amount to be refunded. I ordered it for a purposes as we had festive season and had to gift. Now blankets are of no use as festive season is gone.

Amazon has completely cheated and fooled by taking my money and not giving the items ordered. Now customer care says, we cannot refund, please order again.

Can someone tell me about the amount I have paid and not received the product.

This is highly unprofessional and disappointing from organisation like Amazon who claims to be number 1 e commerce site in the world.

I am looking for immediate action.
